If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. No lengthy explanation required. We will process the refund to your original payment method.

What Qualifies for a Refund

Any purchase made on ZeroLawyer.ca is eligible for a refund if the request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. This applies to:

• Individual document purchases (NDA, Employment Contract, Privacy Policy, etc.)
• Bundle purchases (Founder Bundle, HR Essentials Bundle)

What Does Not Qualify

Refund requests submitted more than 7 calendar days after the purchase date are not eligible. We do not offer partial refunds on bundles — if you request a refund on a bundle purchase, the full bundle amount is refunded.

The fact that you have already downloaded your document does not disqualify your refund request. We extend the guarantee in good faith.

How to Request a Refund

• The email address used at checkout
• The document or bundle name you purchased
• The approximate purchase date

We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Once approved, refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days and depends on your card issuer or bank. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
